Return and refund policy
1. Who is AZURIAA?
Developed and Designed under the laws of India, (“AZURIAA”) is a retail e-commerce website which offers various retail solutions, including, through its website www.azuriaa.com (“Website”) and mobile applications (“Mobile Applications”) various online lifestyle and fashion solutions, which inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of lifestyle and fashion merchandise (“Products”) by Customers of the Website and Mobile Applications (“Customers”).

3.1. If the Customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from AZURIAA, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by AZURIAA after due verification at its sole discretion), a Customer may initiate a request for returning the Product on the Website. The Customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 10 (ten) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product. While raising a request for return on the Website, the Customer shall have the option to seek a refund of the monies paid by him/her towards the purchase of the Product. The Customer will be required to produce a copy of the original invoice at the time of placing a request for return or exchange of Products. The Customer shall ensure that the Product(s) being returned comply with the conditions set out under this Return and Refund Policy and are, among other conditions, unused, unbroken, with price tags intact, all packaging material undamaged and unused. AZURIAA reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to the Customer.
3.2. A Customer is permitted to fully or partially cancel orders prior to its dispatch from AZURIAA. Upon successfully placing an order on the Website and/or the Mobile Applications and after AZURIAA has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner (as defined in the Delivery Policy), the Customer will receive a unique tracking identity number, which will enable the Customer in tracking the status of delivery of the purchased Products. Prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, should the Customer decide to cancel the purchase, the Customer can do so by using the unique tracking identity number on the Website and requesting AZURIAA to process a cancellation. In all events of cancellation, prior to the dispatch of the purchased Products, AZURIAA shall initiate refunds within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which it received the request from the Customer. The refund will reflect in the Customer’s bank account and/or the Customer’s store credit within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the Customer’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which AZURIAA initiates the refund. All refunds, except for refund to store credit, shall be subject to applicable charges as may be deducted by the Customer’s bank.
3.3. If a Customer has purchased Products which form a part of a package of other Products, or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package (collectively, the “Bundled Package”), the Customer shall be required to return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package for AZURIAA to process refunds. For illustrative purposes, if the Customer has purchased a set 5 rings set with a complimentary Necklace as 1 (one) Product in a promotional package, the Customer will be required to return the 5 Rings as well as the necklace; and will not be permitted to return either only the rings or a single ring and/ or the necklace from the Bundled Package.
3.4. Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by AZURIAA if:
- the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort. If AZURIAA is satisfied that the Product has been used for reasons apart from checking, AZURIAA shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product;
- the Product has been used;
- the price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the Customer;
- the gifts accompanying the purchased Product have not been returned, or upon being returned, show signs of being used, washed, or defect; or
- AZURIAA is satisfied that the Product has been rendered defective or unusable.
3.5. AZURIAA shall not accept return or refund requests raised for any of the following Products:
- 5.1. Such Products as may be specified by AZURIAA from time to time.
3.6. AZURIAA shall initiate a process of refund of the monies paid by the Customer towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the Customer to a refund. It is further clarified that the AZURIAA shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.
3.7. It is expressly clarified that the refund entitled to by a Customer shall not include monies paid towards shipping charges or any other such charges applicable from time to time, except in case of a Product having a defect at the time of delivery (for reasons attributable to, and accepted by AZURIAA after due verification at its sole discretion).
3.8. AZURIAA shall make all reasonable attempts to keep the Customer apprised of the status of refund through updates shared on the Customer’s registered mobile number and email address. AZURIAA disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to keep the Customer apprised of the status of the refund.
3.9. In the event a Customer returns a Product that is not accompanied by the accessories, gifts or other items originally bundled with such Product, AZURIAA shall have the right, exercisable at its sole discretion, to (i) (a) refuse to accept the return of such Product, or (b) process any refund thereof, or (ii) deduct the amount payable in respect of such items from the amount of refund such Customer is entitled to.
3.10. AZURIAA shall, subject to the satisfactory completion of required quality checks on the returned Products, initiate a refund request within 7 (seven) business days from the date on which it receives a confirmation from its quality checks team. If the request for refund is undisputed by AZURIAA, the refund should reflect in the Customer’s bank account and/or the Customer’s store credit within such reasonable time (subject to the policies of the Customer’s bank in case of bank account/credit card refunds) from the date on which AZURIAA initiates the refund.
3.11. Refunds shall be processed by AZURIAA through its normal banking channels except in cases where a Customer had utilized existing store credit for purchase of Products or opted for the cash on delivery option. Where a Customer had utilized existing store credit or the cash on delivery option for payment towards the purchased Products, AZURIAA shall process all refunds into the Customer’s store credit. Further, should the Customer have used more than 1 (one) payment option for the purchase of Products on the Website and/or the Mobile Applications, AZURIAA shall process all refunds through a Payment Option (as defined in the Fee, Payment and Promotions Policy) AZURIAA deems fit, in its sole discretion, to process such refunds. Once the amount is refunded as Store Credits to a Customer’s AZURIAA account, it cannot be further refunded to any other bank account or as cash, and would continue to remain in the Customer’s AZURIAA account until exhausted for shopping on the website and/or Mobile Application.
For the purpose of illustration, if a Customer purchases a Product worth INR 1,000 (Indian Rupees One thousand) and pays INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) for the purchase of such Product using available store credit, and the remaining INR 500 through his credit card, and such amount is to be refunded pursuant to the refund criteria set out under this Return and Refund Policy being met, then AZURIAA may choose to refund, at its sole discretion, INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) to such Customer’s store credit account and the remaining INR 500 (Indian Rupees Five hundred) to the Customer’s credit card source account, or both the amounts only as store credit.
3.12. Return of purchased Products are facilitated through AZURIAA’s reverse-logistics partners. Upon a Customer making a request for return of Product on the Website and the same being duly acknowledged by AZURIAA, AZURIAA’s reverse-logistics partners shall get in touch with the Customer in order to collect the purchased Products from the Customer and delivering it to AZURIAA. While AZURIAA has made reasonable endeavors to ensure delivery and pick-ups across multiple locations in India, currently, AZURIAA has a select list of areas where deliveries and collection can be undertaken by its reverse-logistics partners. In events where AZURIAA is unable to facilitate a pick-up of the purchased Product for return from the Customer, the Customer is required to self-ship the Product to AZURIAA’s warehouse. Upon self-shipping the Product to AZURIAA’s warehouse, the Customer shall be required to scan the courier/postal receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org for AZURIAA’s records. Wherever the Customer is required to self-ship the purchased product, AZURIAA shall credit a sum of 150 Store Credits to the customer’s AZURIAA account. This credit is subject to the returned product passing Quality Check at AZURIAA’s Returns Desk/Warehouse. The address of AZURIAA’s warehouse is:

3.13. In the event where the Customer claims to have self-shipped the Product in accordance with the process set out in paragraph 3.12 above and AZURIAA does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the Customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to AZURIAA to prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment to AZURIAA. It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchange shall be processed by AZURIAA only upon it receiving the returned Products and concluding required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the Customer; as the case may be
4. Grievance Redressal
Any grievances relating to the Return and Refund Policy may be directed by you to the grievance officer of AZURIAA who can be contacted at email@example.com
- We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will accept a return or exchange within 15 days of purchase on all unused items.
- All sale purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For all returns and exchanges, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Item should be returned in the original condition, including tags.
- You will be credited in full minus all shipping charges.
- Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
- If the package does not reach us safely we will not be able to accept the return and could not be able to complete the refund, so you may want to send it registered post.
- We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been returned within 15 days of purchase. Anything outside of this timeframe will be up to our discretion. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
- Your piece was hand finished and therefore delicate in nature. Please treat it with care to improve its longevity.
- Do not swim or shower in your accessories and avoid contact with sharp objects, harsh chemical’s (i.e. perfume and hairspray) and extreme heat. When dressing, place the accessories on last as this prevents them from coming into contact with these chemicals.
- We recommend you carefully polish the jewellery with a jewellery cleaning cloth after wear to remove chemicals and oils and store in the pouch provided.
- Azuriaa is not responsible for damage caused due to careless wear/storage.
- All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am to 5pm.
- Please allow 1 business day for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Orders received after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
- In case of a national holiday, orders will be processed on the next working day.
- Shipping will be made through renounced courier service partners
- Domestic shipping (within India) –Flat Rate of INR 60/- for Total Invoice value to until INR 499.99. Free shipping on order over INR 500 .
- Next day dispatch to most locations. Please allow up to 3 days for remote areas.
- Worldwide shipping – postage will be calculated at the checkout based on the country the goods are being shipped to and the weight of the goods. Delivery between 5-15 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries).
- Once an order has been shipped and tracking details are emailed to you, Azuriaa is no longer responsible for the goods. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping.

- Customs/Import taxes for international orders – All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office. Azur2iaa will declare the full value on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it
